Shane serves as IT Specialist for Smedley Financial Services, coordinating all internal electronic and information systems. His information systems background makes him uniquely qualified to administer the database and continuity planning for our firm.
Protecting the privacy of client information is vital in today's world. Shane monitors the integrity of our systems to ensure that all private client data remains secure and protected from unauthorized access.
Shane joined Smedley Financial in 2003 and also serves as an advisor relations specialist. He supports investment professionals throughout the United States in their efforts to build a successful wealth management practice. He provides advisors with portfolio recommendations incorporating the Smedley Financial investment portfolios.
Shane is an outdoor sports enthusiast. He loves all outdoor activities, especially snow skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, mountaineering, and landscape photography.
He earned his Bachelor of Science (Information Systems) degree from the University of Utah.
